Lexis AI had the intelligence — but needed an interface that could carry that intelligence into enterprise environments.

The core challenge was complexity. Enterprise chat interfaces handle multiple conversation threads, document context, user permissions, and admin configuration — all simultaneously. Designing this without overwhelming the user required systematic thinking at every level.
