We're the AI-First Design Studio Behind Software That Performs

Gr8r Studio is a global AI-first design studio specializing in SaaS and AI-native software. We work with founders, product teams, and AI startups to turn complex ideas into interfaces that users trust, and keep using.

We built Gr8r Studio around a different belief, that AI changes not just how products are designed, but what products can be.
Est. 2019 · Built for the AI era

From day one, our focus has been on the intersection of AI behavior and human interface design. We don't just apply AI to our process, we design for AI. Every project we take on is rooted in a deep understanding of how AI outputs, states, and edge cases map to real user interactions.

Background

We design AI products, SaaS interfaces, and brand systems but we go all the way to production.

Three Beliefs That Drive Every Project.

AI is the new design material

Mobile changed interface design a decade ago. AI is changing it now. We design for AI behavior, AI outputs, and AI-native interaction patterns, not as a specialty, but as a baseline expectation for every product we touch.

We Work Best With Teams

Building Something Real.

AI Startups

You have a working model and a vision, but the interface isn't communicating either one clearly. We design AI product experiences that users understand and trust from day one.

SaaS Companies

You're scaling a product and need design that can keep up, consistent, systematic, and built to grow with your platform without breaking existing user flows.

Founders

You need a production-ready product, not a beautiful mockup that never makes it to development. We design for the real world, on a timeline that matches your momentum.

Week 1

Discovery & AI Behavior Mapping

We start by understanding the problem, business goals, users, constraints, and competitive landscape. For AI products, we also examine AI behavior, outputs, limitations, and their impact on the interface.

What we do:

Icon

Understand client goals and business context

Icon

Define AI feature scope and capabilities

Icon

Identify user needs and pain points

Icon

Map technical constraints and AI behavior

What you get:

Discovery report.

Icon

AI behaviour map.

Icon

Project scope document.

Icon

Sprint priorities.

Timelines depend on scope, but every project follows a clear, structured pace from start to finish.

AI Product Design FAQs

1. What is AI-native product design?

AI-native product design is the practice of designing software interfaces built around how AI behaves: probabilistic outputs, model errors, confidence states, and adaptive UI. It is different from using AI tools to do design work. Gr8r Studio is a London product design and development studio that designs AI-native products for SaaS and AI companies, focused on the moment users get value, trust the output, and decide to stay.

3. Why do AI products lose users in the first month?

5. How long does an AI product design project take?

7. Do you work with early-stage startups or only funded companies?

9. Do you offer a paid audit before a full engagement?

2. How is designing AI products different from regular UI/UX design?

Traditional software is deterministic, so the same input gives the same output and the interface can be designed for fixed states. AI products are probabilistic. Outputs vary, models fail, and confidence shifts, so the interface has to communicate uncertainty, build trust in the output, and give users a way to recover when the AI is wrong. Gr8r Studio designs for those states, which is where most AI products lose people.

4. How much does it cost to hire an AI product design agency?

6. Do you build the product, or only design it?

8. How do you measure whether a redesign actually worked?

10. How do we get started?
